UMW Galleries is now accepting submissions for our upcoming juried exhibition, the 2024 Mid-Atlantic New Painting Biennial. Begun in 1997, MANP highlights new developments in painting within our region. This year’s juror is Heather Hakimzadeh, Senior Curator and Special Projects Manager at Virginia MOCA.

MANP is open to artists 18 years of age and older currently living in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Paintings in any medium are eligible and entries must have been completed within two years of the application deadline. Each artist may submit up to three artworks through Call for Entries (CAFE), following the guidelines listed, by scanning the QR code or clicking here.
