This retrospective exhibition presented the highlights of the Mary Washington College Galleries’ extensive collection of the artwork of Margret Sutton. Born in Abingdon, Va., in 1905, Sutton is a 1926 graduate of Mary Washington College (then known as the Fredericksburg State Teachers College).
