Adjunct Studio Art Faculty Exhibition Works by Scott Ligon

Ligon’s short animated film “Escape Velocity” was shown at 7pm directly following the opening.

“Escape Velocity” explores the connection between Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (A.D.H.D) and creativity. The film has won several awards and has played in festivals and theaters all over the world. Ligon’s digital works have been shown at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as part of the Very Special Arts (VSA) Show “Transformation” at a juried group exhibition, “Small Wonders,” held at the Pharmaka Gallery in Los Angeles’ Gallery Row; and at an alumni show at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.
